Intercollegiate Exam

The Intercollegiate Specialty Board in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery is responsible for the development, administration and organisation of the Intercollegiate Specialty Examination.

The Joint Committee on Intercollegiate Examinations is the parent body of the 10 Intercollegiate Specialty Boards, and is responsible to the Presidents, and through them, the Councils of the four Surgical Royal Colleges of Great Britain and Ireland. It governs the standards, policies, regulations and professional conduct of the Intercollegiate Specialty Board Examinations. You can find some background information about the JCIE examination here.
