DESCRIPTION:This one day paediatric trauma course is designed for junior registrars (ST3-5) and involves interactive lectures and hands on practical sessions. The morning consists of interactive case based discussions covering the breadth of paediatric trauma. In the afternoon you will rotate through practical stations including; K wiring of supracondylar fractures, flexible IM nailing, hip spica application, and techniques for ankle fracture fixation including triplane fractures.\n
