The BOA has created a series of webinars on ‘Coping with COVID’, which will focus on issues affecting trauma and orthopaedic surgeons and patients as we enter the ‘second wave’ of COVID-19. Members can view the recordings of previous webinars below, (note you must be logged into My BOA).
Held on 11th May 2021, this webinar will looked at the next steps of recovery and helping patients on the Orthopaedic waiting list.
Held on 27th January 2021, this member-only webinar looked at what happened in the first COVID-19 surge, the lessons learnt and how we can use this to support and guide our members.
Held on 16th December 2020, in association with BHS this webinar hears from four orthopaedic surgeons who have been exploring and implementing ways of supporting colleagues, and have opportunity for follow-up discussion and questions.
Held on 27th October 2020, in association with BHS and BASK, this first session focused on elective operating, particularly how this has been impacted over recent months and continues to be affected by current COVID-19 conditions.
