Changing Views From ‘The Top’ & the BOA Fellowships Showcase
This session comprises short presentations and an extended panel discussion from consultants who have adopted varying practices alongside their clinical roles in fields such as academia, education, clinical governance, charitable work, medicolegal practice and implant design. Focusing on career-shaping and pathways to success, this session is targeted to peri- and post-exam trainees but will also be useful for more junior trainees hoping to explore their options across the changing face of orthopaedics. The session will also include presentations from past BOA-funded post-CCT Fellows and the announcement of this year’s Fellowship awards, in conjunction with the BOA EdCar Committee.
