The registration desks are located in the TBC.

The opening times are:

• Tuesday 22nd September: 09:00 – 17:30
• Wednesday 23rd September: 07:45 – 17:00
• Thursday 24th September: 07:45 – 17:00
• Friday 25th September: 07:45 – 13:30

On arrival on Tuesday, 22nd September, please go to the registration desk to have your barcode scanned and your congress badge printed.

Badges

Badges are to be worn at all times for security reasons. You will be asked to show your badge before entering the congress sessions. If you misplace or forget your badge, please go to the registration desk and one will be reprinted. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Remember to RESCAN your badge at the scanning machine or the registration desk.
