Raju Ahluwalia
Consultant Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Surgeon, King's College Hospital, London
Raju is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Department of Orthopaedics, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Honorary Senior Lecturer at King’s College London the King’s STAR Academic Group. He is a member of the Faculty of Sports Medicine of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He has received NIHR, ORUK, ECTB grants, and BOFAS & AO awards, and apartakes as a RCS Eng Mentor. His interests include limb reconstruction and joint salvage, including arthroplasty, deformity correction, and Charcot Reconstruction. Utilising stable osteotomies and angular correction for definitive fixation and with his colleagues established the red, amber and green debridement technique. His research has focused on understanding and improving outcomes of foot surgery.
