BOA Session
How I got involved in research" - from the academic professor to the jobbing surgeon.
Discussion and Q&A session with a selection (3 or 4 max) of orthopaedic surgeons who have academic interests of varying degrees. How they have developed a career with an academic interest, advice, pitfalls and guidance etc.
(NB the idea for this session to be run in conjunction with another session/specialist society, maybe BTS for example. Happy to take advice on this or to fit into the wider schedule as necessary, or even run more than one session in conjunction with other specialist societies)
