When is the Annual Meeting?

The BOA Annual Congress 2023 is taking place on Tuesday 19th - 22nd September 2023 in Liverpool ACC. Exhibit dates are Tuesday 19th -  Thursday 21st September, 2023.

What are the build times?

Space Only Stands 
Sunday 17th & Monday 18th September - 07:00 - 21:00, last entry 19:00

Shell Scheme Stands 
Monday 18th September - 14:00 - 21:00, last entry 19:00

What are the exhibit hours?

Tuesday 19th September - 07:30-17:00 pm (Drinks reception 18.00 - 19.30)
Wednesday 20th September - 07:30-17:00 pm
Thursday 21st September - 07:30-16:15 pm

Can I cancel my stand?

All cancellations requests must be sent via email to [email protected]. Requests to cancel or downsize may incur a cancellation fee based on the date the request has been received by BOA.

a) Cancellation automatically forfeits 25% of the cost of the stand
b) Cancellation 1st May - 10th July 2023, exhibitor is liable for 75% of the cost of the stand
c) Cancellation after 11th July 2023, exhibitor is liable for 100% of the cost of the stand 

Can I get early/late access for build?

There is no early access available at this venue and working outside the hours listed above will be subject to a late working charge of £200.00 per hour. This must be pre-arrange with the BOA Team prior to the event. For further details, please contact Anna Prunty, [email protected]

What are the breakdown times?

Thursday 21st September - 16.15 pm - 23.00 pm.

Immediately after the show is the most common time for loss and theft to occur. We highly recommend that valuables, particularly of a portable nature are not left unattended at any time on your stand at any point during the show e.g. laptops, mobile phones, handbags.

How many badges does the organisation receive with their stand?

Exhibitors receive the following amount of passes per day depending on what stand package they have confirmed.
•    Diamond – 16 x Exhibitor Passes per day & 4 x Plenary Access Passes
•    Platinum - 15 x Exhibitor Passes per day & 3 x Plenary Access Passes
•    Gold - 10 x Exhibitor Passes per day & 2 x Plenary Access Passes
•    Silver - 5 x Exhibitor Passes per day
•    Bronze - 3 x Exhibitor Passes per day

Can exhibitors view their stand during build?

Any exhibitors wishing to come and see their stand during build may do so by pre-arrangement. Admission to the exhibition hall is strictly by wristband only. Exhibitors can collect their registration badges from the registration desk from 14.00 pm on Monday 19th September and will be granted access until 19.00 pm. If you would like to come earlier you will need to obtain a work pass and wear a high vis jacket. Please note, you must register all exhibitors for the exhibition online www.boa.ac.uk/registration

Under CDM regulations, all visitors to the hall (during build-up and breakdown) at this time must wear high visibility jackets, appropriate footwear and hard hats where necessary.

What is the height limit for my stand?

Shell Scheme = 2.4m

Space Only = 4m
