International Women's Day 2025
To celebrate International Women’s Day, the BOA and BOMSA have come together to discuss the importance and ongoing efforts to recruit and support women in the profession. Sophie Heppenstall, President of BOMSA, interviews two Trauma and Orthopaedic Consultants, Salma Chaudhury and Niel Kang, to discuss the challenges faced by current trainees and considerations for those entering training.
