E- Poster Guidance

Poster presentations will be showcased as E-Poster’s this year. All posters will be uploaded to the BOA website for the duration of Congress and will remain accessible on the Congress 2022 page.

An A0 Portrait PDF (841mm wide x 1189mm high) of your poster must be submitted to the BOA events team no later than Tuesday 6th September via here. 

**YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PRINT YOUR POSTER**

All posters will then be uploaded to the BOA Website according to poster category, abstract number and then topic.
Judging for the 'Best Poster' prize will take place between 20st-23rd September and the winning poster will be announced on the BOA website and social media.

Please note: Until your poster has been published on the BOA website, you are unable to state your poster presentation in any external documentation. It would be an issue of probity to declare a poster presentation on your CV if the poster is not made available for members to view for the duration of the BOA Virtual Congress.
