Abstract Guidelines
Your abstract should clearly communicate the key elements of your research:

How to Submit
All abstracts must be submitted online via our abstract management platform Oxford Abstract. You will need to create an Oxford Abstract user account by entering your email address and a password.
We will not accept any submissions by email.
Abstract Submissions Now Open
Abstract submissions are now open and will close on Sunday, 10th May 2026. All Authors will be notified of the outcome of their paper by the end of July.
Abstract Format
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words, formatted in Microsoft Word, and single-spaced, using size 12 Calibri font.
It is recommended that abstracts are submitted in the following format for consistency.
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion/Findings
- Implications (if applicable)
- Disclosure
