Exhibition Timetable

The Exhibition Hall will be available to exhibitors and their contractors for stand construction/set-up as follows:

Build-up times
Space Only Stands 
Sunday 20th September - 07:00-22:00, last entry 19:00

Monday 21st September - 07:00-22:00, last entry 19:00

Shell Scheme Stands 
Monday 21st September - 14:00-22:00, last entry 19:00

All stands must be complete and ready for sign-off at 08:30 on Tuesday 22nd September ready for the exhibition opening at 09:00. Please ensure that all stands are built within the available timetable; any extra working must be pre-arranged with the BOA Team. Additional days are not available and the cost for additional hours will be charged on an hourly basis of £200.00 to the exhibitor/contractor. Please note there is no overnight build.

Opening times

Tuesday 22nd September 2026              08:35 – 19:30 (18.30 - 19.30 Welcome Drinks Reception)

Wednesday 23rd September 2026         07:45 - 18:00                                                                   

Thursday 24th September 2026              07:45 - 16:45

All exhibitors and contractors should vacate the hall 30 minutes after the exhibition closes each evening (apart from the last day of the show when the breakdown process begins). 

Breakdown times
Breakdown of stands will commence after the final break at 16:45 Thursday 24th September. Exhibitors must not commence dismantling or breaking down their stand, nor bring into the Exhibition space any storage boxes, equipment, or tools, before the Exhibition has officially closed and all delegates have vacated the Exhibition area. Any request to vacate or dismantle a stand early on Thursday 24th September 2026 must be submitted in advance and is subject to prior written approval by the Organisers. Where such approval is granted, only items that can be safely carried by hand may be removed from the stand, and the use of wheeled equipment (including trolleys, cases, or carts) is strictly prohibited.  

Failure to comply with this clause may result in a charge being applied to cover a reasonable estimate of the loss and operational disruption incurred by the Organisers. 

The exhibition hall must be clear of all exhibitors, materials and stand fittings by 21:00 Thursday 24th September.

Please note: Any packages remaining at the close of business on Thursday 24th September will be disposed of by Olympia London.
