DEO.care – headquartered in Belgium, with offices in the US – collaborates with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare vendors to advance value-based care within the hospital’s operating room (OR). To do so, we’ve developed an innovative AI-driven data and insights platform – a so-called OR Process Digital Twin – that enables healthcare providers to improve operational excellence and do more with less, by working smarter. The goal is to reduce fatigue of surgical teams, reduce the total cost of surgery, and increase patient volume while maintaining the quality of care. The technology allows hospitals to perform simulations of scenarios for operational excellence improvements, coupled with DEO.care’s best practices database and predictive data model, which in turn help to implement best-in-class processes and technology for optimal care delivery..
