KMS Professionals provides a paperless practice management service to independent consultants’ and physicians via hosted practice management software. We are a fast-growing company that has prospered due to organic expansion allowing us to deliver a high level bespoke and personal service to our consultants’.
Our consultants’ most valued service is answering their telephone promptly and professionally. KMS ensure the telephone is answered in this manner by our experienced team between 8:00am to 6:00pm. This service is now a mandatory requirement to be invited into the BUPA Premier Partnership. Added to this we have an out of hours’ voicemail service ensuring no enquiries are missed. Our telecommunications system allows us to track incoming calls which in turn allows us to monitor individual practice growth.
