AO UK & Ireland is a charitable organisation dedicated to advancing the treatment of musculoskeletal trauma through education, research and collaboration. As part of the global AO network, we support orthopaedic and trauma professionals across the UK and Ireland with high-quality educational programmes, faculty development and opportunities to share knowledge and best practice. We also provide research grants to encourage innovation and improve patient care. Working closely with surgeons, trainees, healthcare professionals and partner organisations, AO UK & Ireland aims to promote excellence in fracture care and develop the next generation of trauma and orthopaedic specialists through lifelong learning
