BOA 'TOPP tracker' and 'specialist grade matrix' tools

The BOA now has two tools freely available to help you arrange your evidence and keep track of your progress:

• TOPP tracker  (based on the GMC Specialty Specific Guidance (SSG) for the T&O Portfolio Pathway).
• Specialist grade matrix  (based on the Generic Capabilities Framework for the Specialist Grade as outlined by NHS Employers and the BMA).
