Notice of BOA Extraordinary General Meeting 2026

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association, which will take place electronically via Zoom, will be held on Tuesday, 17th March 2026 from 19:00 (GMT) under the Chairmanship of Mr Fergal Monsell, BOA President.
Following the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday 17th September 2025, members expressed clear support for proposed changes to the BOA’s Rules regarding the membership structure changes. However, during the meeting it was identified that the numbering of resolutions did not align as intended, and therefore it is appropriate to reconfirm the formal voting record. It has also been confirmed that corresponding amendments to the Articles of Association are required to ensure full alignment with the proposed Rule changes.
All members who are eligible to attend the AGM will be notified and all voting members will receive an email or postal voting pack with details of the proposed changes from 20th February 2026.
