Update regarding Stryker cyber attack

Dear Colleagues,

Following an update yesterday evening by NHS Supply Chain and NHS England to the BOA and Specialist Societies, the advice remains that trauma and elective orthopaedic procedures continue as planned until further information is available.

There will be a further meeting on Friday 20th March and we will issue updated guidance if appropriate.

NHS trust procurement teams have been advised to go through NHS Supply Chain to order supplies from Stryker, details can be found here.

Whilst the principles of this advice are identical for the devolved nations, the operational details will differ and be led by local arrangements.
