  • Full acknowledgment on the Congress website, in announcements and on App
  • Listed on the BOA website/app and social media platforms
  • One Newsmail to our BOA members
  • Live-recording of session on the Congress platform on-demand viewing following the event (available for 6 months).
  • The sessions will be allocated a first come-first serve basis

Sponsoring companies select their own speakers, chairs, and topics for their session. Programmes are subject to approval by the Congress Committee who act as the scientific programme committee for Congress.

Educational content must be included. Further information available upon request. Limited slots available.

An opportunity to present a live webinar during our Congress virtual series anytime between Monday 16th September and Friday 20th October 2024.  Includes the following:

  • Dedicated BOA Events team member will work with you on the logistics and facilitate the webinar using our software
  • A member of the BOA Council Team will Chair the webinar, introduce your speaker/s and close the webinar. Subject to availability.
  • 10-15 minutes for Q&A included
  • One dedicated email sent to our BOA members
  • Listed on the BOA website and social media platforms
  • Recorded copy of the webinar
  • Registration details sent post event *delegates that have agreed to share their data
