Updated Consultant Learning Academy Module (3 CPD Points)
PHIN has recognised that consultants are often time-constrained, and that fulfilling obligations under the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) Private Healthcare Market Investigation Order can feel complex and burdensome. To support this, PHIN has recently updated its Consultant Learning Academy module, designed to simplify the steps to compliance and enhance understanding of:
- The CMA Order
- Consultants’ responsibilities in private practice
- The benefits of working with PHIN
Consultants can now earn 3 CPD points upon completion of the module, supporting their professional development.
New Benchmarking Feature Now Live in the PHIN Portal
PHIN has launched a new benchmarking feature within the PHIN Portal. This functionality enables consultants to:
- View and compare patient volumes
- Benchmark average length of stay against their peers
Once logged-in, the report is available under the ‘Reports’ section’ of the PHIN Portal.
