NHS England has published a number of updated Improvement Guides:

Medical job planning improvement guide – NHS England has updated the guide to improving consultant, specialist, associate specialist and specialty doctors job planning.
Theatres, surgery and perioperative care improvement guide – NHS England has updated the clinical and operational improvement guide focussing on elective: Increase percentage of patients waiting <18 weeks for their first appointment; and urgent and emergency care: reduce the proportion of beds occupied by long stay patients (7+ days)
Outpatient services improvement guide – NHS England has updated the improvement guide to support clinical and operational teams to improve the outpatient care provided to patients.
